Well, of course, we shouldn’t offend the onion. Let’s make another quick onion recipe:
We need pulled dough (you can buy it without a bad conscience), 2 onions, a cube of butter or oil, salt, pepper.
Halve the onions and cut them into noodles. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion until translucent. Add salt and pepper. Cool a little. Roll out the dough like an apple roll. Spread the onion filling on three quarters of the dough, roll it up and place it in a greased baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve warm.
