Leek cakes

Maybe try leek cakes sometime?
We need:
Cut the leek into rings and boil in salted water. Drain to cool.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles (approx. 10x10cm).
Grease the muffin tins with butter, place the puff pastry in them.
Beat the eggs with milk, add a little salt and pepper and mix with the leek.
Use a spoon to fill the bowls with puff pastry and bake in a heated oven (180°C conventional or 150°C fan) until the dough turns golden yellow and the filling thickens and bakes.
Leek cakes are great as a side dish, they can also be a main course with a green salad.
